We believe that bespoke home transformations are an investment. They provide a learning journey for every property owner, so we tailor our approach to ensure clients are as involved in the process as they wish. 

Our house renovation specialists dedicate a lot of time to this process. At Parker Grove, we take on a limited number of house renovation projects annually to ensure we can dedicate all the time and attention needed to meet your vision.

Phase 01 – Concept Design

This is where we lay the foundations for your interior design project. The main goal of this phase is to determine your practical and stylistic needs or preferences, allowing us to create an interior that aligns with your goals for the space. 

What we do:

• Conduct a detailed survey of your space, noting down any key architectural elements and spatial constraints.
• Discuss your lifestyle, preferences, current challenges, and overarching design aspirations.
• Assess feasibility, taking your preliminary budget estimations and any structural elements into account.

What you’ll receive:

• A collection of inspirational imagery and mood boards that capture your ideal interior aesthetic in texture, colour, and design.
• Custom floorplans, including optimal space and layout planning.
• Initial selections for key design elements, including finishes and furnishings.
• A ballpark budget estimate.

Phase 02 – Detailed Design

Once you are happy with the proposed creative vision, this phase is where our team will refine the finer details. This ensures that every element of your space acts as a cohesive and functional whole.

What we do:

• Source all furnishings, fixtures, and fittings.
• Acquire written quotes and costing from our network of trusted suppliers and contractors.
• Finalise layouts, elevations, and technical drawings.
• Present design boards with final selections of any fabrics and finishes.
• Provide an updated cost proposal outlining where your interior design budget has been allocated.

Phase 03 – Purchasing and Execution

Handling the logistics is just one part of our extensive home renovation services. Phase 03 is about moving on from the design aspect and shifting the focus to bring your interior design vision to life.

What we do:

• Liaise with suppliers.
• Place and track orders, ensure they arrive when expected, and resolve any deficiencies.
• Securely store and hold deliveries until required on-site.
• Oversee and coordinate any installations.

Phase 04 – Project Wrap-Up and Handover

Time for the finishing touches — the aspect that will make your space undeniably and uniquely yours. 

What we do:

• Conduct a thorough site inspection, compiling a snagging list of any issues if necessary.
• Follow up on any outstanding items waiting for delivery.
• Quality check to ensure all elements of the interior fit-out meet your – and our – standards.
• Offer care guides to help you maintain your new furnishings and finishes.
• Dress and style your home to your exact standards.
