Our bespoke home transformation process
At Parker Grove, our bespoke home transformation service follows four distinct phases, each designed to bring your home’s vision to life with precision and care. From the initial concept to the final touches, we ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered, making your home a true reflection of your style and needs. Here’s a look at our process:
Phase 01
Concept design
We begin by documenting your space and gathering ideas and inspirations from each client. This phase helps us visualise your dream home while evaluating feasibility and providing ballpark estimates.
Following this you’ll receive floorplans, inspiration boards, and initial selections for finishes and furnishings.
Phase 02
Detailed design
Next, we source furnishings and fittings, procure quotes, and refine the details of your home’s design. We deliver to each client technical drawings, design boards, fabric and finish choices, and cost proposals.
Phase 03
Purchasing and execution
In this phase of your home transformation project, we place orders, track deliveries, and resolve deficiencies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure everything arrives on time and is stored safely ready for and throughout the installation process.
Phase 04
Project wrap up and handover
Finally, we perform a site inspection, compile snagging lists, and provide care guides for your new space. We’ll also dress and style your home to ensure everything is perfect for the big reveal.
