Harley Terrace

The Project
Our Client was embarking on extending their forever family home to create that much desired open plan kitchen/dining/living room connecting to the garden.
They had lived with a previous small kitchen extension and dining room for years.
An Architect had been appointed to design the extension and we were appointed to reimagine the layout and design for the whole ground floor and the first floor main bathroom.

“Parker Grove have delivered at every stage of the process, and we could not recommend their services more highly.”

The before…
Before & after

An overview
A major overhaul of the existing space involved and extension with bi-fold doors, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, new kitchen, furniture, joinery, lighting and soft furnishings.
Our Client gave us direction on their requirements for use the space and how they wanted it to look.
Mum, in a house with two boys, wanted to include some bright colours and retain some soft touches without it feeling overtly feminine. We achieved a balance by incorporating strong geometric pattern with limited doses of warm colours like orange and pink, alongside the cooler masculine tones of blue and leather.
