Our client had recently moved into a Victorian corner terrace with interiors dating back to the 1990’s.
We were commissioned to refresh and remodel the complete home.

An overview
This house was acquired by the owners in 2019 and was in need of a complete interior overhaul. With only one bathroom on the second floor and decades old fittings and decoration, the property required extensive refurbishment to make it fit for modern family life. After removing the kitchen, bathroom and flooring, a full strip down of the extensive wallpaper was next before the new heating and hot water system were installed, electrics upgraded and replastering throughout.
Space for a second bathroom was created on the first floor and a wall reinstated between two of the front bedrooms to create a study and a large bedroom.
Finally a new kitchen and two new bathrooms were installed, along with complete redecoration, flooring and window dressings.
