The Project
Our client had lived in their home for over 30 years and desired a more modern, open-plan house. After considering moving, they decided to stay in the area they loved and invest in transforming their current property.
Parker Grove was appointed to provide drawings and plans for extensions to the front and rear for planning and a full scale ground floor re-model, with space planning, interior design and procurement services.

An overview
Works included new hardwood double glazed windows with restoration of the stained glass panels, re-configuration of the first floor landing and bathroom/WC, utility and cloakroom extension, opening out the space between the dining room, kitchen, and rear reception room with relocation of the kitchen to the orangery, new and restored flooring throughout, full decoration, new kitchen, and new bathrooms.
