Phase 01
Concept design
We’ll explore the potential of your existing space and start piecing together a cohesive vision for your house renovation in Newcastle with as much or as little input as you wish.
Our interior designers will create mood boards, draw up house plans and floor plans, and curate furnishing and finishing ideas, ensuring that all concepts are feasible and align with your budget. Our goal in this stage is to reflect how you want your home to look, feel, and act.
Phase 02
Detailed design
In Phase Two, we refine the approved initial concepts into developed designs. These take the form of floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings — all of which will demonstrate any architectural or spatial changes to your space.
We will then source all furnishings, fittings, and finishes, providing tailored proposals and quotes to ensure a seamless execution during the build and internal fit-out phases.
Phase 03
Purchasing and execution
Our team will handle all purchasing and logistics, as well as storage, to ensure your pieces are protected until required for installation.
We oversee every stage of your renovation, whether it involves structural alterations, electrical work, or tiling. We’re well-versed and confident in working alongside trades companies and will ensure all work is completed to a high standard and quality.
Phase Three is also where our team will meticulously dress and style your space, ensuring everything is perfectly in place for you to experience and enjoy.
Phase 04
Project wrap up and handover
As your bespoke home transformation nears completion, we will conduct rigorous final inspections to ensure that everything meets our standards and your requirements.
You will also receive complementary care guides for all of your furnishings and finishes. All that’s left for you to do is to enjoy your transformed home in Newcastle.
